Plans

How we take a project from description to handover

Before we start building anything, here's exactly how we work — from the first conversation to the day we hand the keys back to you.

01

Understand your vision

Before we plan anything, we listen. You describe the project, the problem it solves, who it's for, and any constraints — budget, timeline, existing systems. We ask questions until the picture is complete, not assumed.

02

Plan & scope

We turn that description into a concrete plan: architecture, milestones, tech stack, and a realistic timeline — agreed with you in writing before a single line of code is written. No surprise scope, no surprise invoices.

03

Design

Wireframes and UI/UX come first, validated with you, so the product's shape is right before we build it — changing a design document is cheap, changing shipped code isn't.

04

Develop, sincerely

Iterative development with visible progress and regular check-ins — you see working software take shape at every stage, not just at the end.

05

Test & QA

Functional, performance, and security testing before anything ships. We treat QA as a real phase with real time allocated to it, not an afterthought squeezed in before launch.

06

Launch & handover

We publish the product to market — then hand over documentation, credentials, and source access so you're fully in control. Support continues after launch day, it doesn't end there.

A clear idea with a known set of features — MVPs, internal tools, a first version to launch.

Typical timeline

Typically 3–10 weeks, depending on scope
